This course is all about equipping you and the people in your organization with what is needed to be successful through effective leadership and teamwork. In this 3-hour course, Jason will share his rich experiences and lessons learned as a pilot to help you protect and empower your most precious cargo—your people.

In this course, you’ll learn to:

1. Create space for creativity in your job role as a team member or a leader in order to address challenges and solve problems.

2. Recognize where access to the right tools and resources can positively impact team and organizational goals.

3. Define the roles and responsibilities that are necessary for your success and the success of the organization.

4. Align your specific and measurable goals and objectives with your team, leadership, and organization.

5. Examine where you can create opportunities to succeed for yourself and/or your team members to build confidence and develop skills.

6. Develop your CARGO action plan to affect positive change in your job and the organization.
